I've seen my order do laps in California. I've seen my order make it all the way to Lubbock, TX then go back to California. I've even seen it do laps in Texas. (I live in west Texas) but this is the first time I've seen it detour to Ohio. The post office is fubar. :-)

I would say they have major data integrity issues. From what I know, the tracking and scans aren't accurate at all. Probably batch processing and bad with data.
I have a package’lost’ in North Carolina right now and I definitely live well west of N Carolina, absolutely no reason for it to be in that part of the country and the tracking has fallen off completely,
Same here. I had one depart CA last Saturday. Landed in El Paso, TX for a couple days. Now sitting in Albuquerque, NM. I wonder how long it will take to bounce around and finally make it to the Midwest region. 😂 After 10 years this is the first one that has bounced around locations along the way. Hopefully it’s just a matter of time…
That's shipping logistics for ya
There's a reason why shipping things costs "less" when you think about how much work it takes to deliver something across the state, and to be efficient while having their logistics in place, they sometimes go to and from weird locations that make no sense to us as a consumer, but does when it costs them less even if it means going into an opposite way.
