I got a really bad sub that I am very upset about, that ever happen to anyone?
Like really bad. I ordered a full ounce of UP and there was only one option I wanted specifically because I wanted a full ounce of it and they subbed me a full ounce of very expensive bud that wasn’t even on the menu and I didn’t even want.
Also they threw in a couple bars of chocolate that I am allergic to.
Very disappointed is an understatement. I did not want a full ounce of a random strain, I wanted a 100% indica, they subbed me a completely different item that I wouldn’t have even bought that is not in any way comparable.
Would have rather gotten my bitcoin back for a future purchase or a credit for something I actually did want in the future.
@MadDevil11 ive experienced this before and I’m sure they will help resolve it some how. Did you put an alternate option in the order?
I always put second choices and most of the time they honor it. Occasionally subs don’t mix well. I’m like you I typically research and pick specific strains for a reason. Curious what strain did you get?
I was a bout to hop on here and say I ordered late Fri and received today 🚀 . I’m impressed with holiday shipping delays prior yrs.
Also the Greenhouse LA Kush Cake is hitting hard! It’s not the prettiest or smells strong but man it’s got me couch locked which hardly ever happens anymore.
I don’t want to litigate it here, shouldn’t have even said anything. I have been upset about it all day yesterday and over Christmas in the back of my mind.
I only bought that ounce at that price because I wanted an ounce of exactly that and they subbed me an entire ounce of another strain I literally just bought a quarter of during the Black Friday sale and decided I was good with just a quarter, so what they gave me is entirely redundant. I have a huge collection and in no way did I need or want an entire ounce extra of that in addition to what I already got of it.
Apart from that I got a half zip each of Jack47 and Skywalker.
The Jack47 is awesome and has really nice effects, mentally alert that goes into a chill and contemplative stone. Decent buds. Not much of a smell, trim could be much better though.
The Skywalker I got is literally a pile of dried out small buds and stems. Very disappointed in that. Never have I ever gotten a bag like that even when buying discount zips from the dispensary.
