Their postal hub is known for being bad with scanning. Could be all of USPS having problems too, I ordered from Merlin a week ago, it was scanned into their local hub Thursday and no scans since. Its stuck on "in transit to next facility" with no scans.
Informed delivery is not consistent. The package was likely shipped Monday if you ordered on the weekend. My orders from Loud take 5 to 7 days to the East Coast.
