I bought a vape sirynge kit with a plastic piece with a metal tube, it looks like a needle but isn't. I just hold the sirynge in my hand until it's warm enough to squeeze out of the needle tip.
Here's a pic of the end piece. It really helps out.

@cancerwarrior , I warm it up with a hair dryer for about 15 seconds and it makes it much easier to fill the cartridges.

The hairdryer trick is a good idea. I just manhandled mine.
