@Sixwaychili yep pizzas and people we my life for many years. The peel is a small one I use in my portable blodgett oven. I have a coal oven but it's just a little more prep work, especially in the winter 😁

Hit a OG cart at 2:15 a.m p. provided a couple more hours of sleep. Switched to sunset sherbert to set the mood for the day at 8 a.m. and it worked .😁
