IT guy here: Just click the "Details" when you get that page and at the bottom click the Go to Website link. It's just a built-in precaution for sites that have no certificate (like Medboy said).

I ordered last Thursday morning from Loud and Merlin, and got a pre-label from Loud four days later on Monday. Hasn't moved yet. Merlin has yet to show any type of label whatsoever. I was used to this for holidays. But if this crawl is going to lastโฆ

So it is taking four days to get a label made. And that's just the $50 insurance one where they make the label but haven't actually taken it to the post office (then it jumps to $100). I thought Loud was past their issues from the holidays. Guess noโฆ

Yep mine finally updated too. For some reason this is the second order in a row that is taking over a week to get to me. I had heard people getting theirs in three to four days. But I guess 10-12 days will be the norm now. Fucking awesome. ๐

@LoudnCo I don't think anyone begrudges your issues, as they are perfectly understandable and unavoidable. I think if anyone is complaining it's the miscommunication between hearing shippers are back on board the 3rd and then not finding out until tโฆ

@JustBeingBlunt Given that it's been 7 days to get a label, and it's almost the weekend, and a wave of snow coming to the east coast, I wouldn't expect to receive anything until at least next Tuesday if not later.

@BMan I think that and "all orders have shipped" might have been a slight overstatement. Loud's been dealing with sickness from what I gather, so it slowed the post-holiday process. Just a guess.
