  • I think the post office is in disarray at the moment and their site cannot be trusted to give you an accurate idea of what's going on with your package. We've had a lot of things not being posted on there.

  • Whew yeah this whole experience with EB has been a..well a trainwreck! We are however making replacements and have learned to really stress the importance of quality to new shippers.
  • You might consider switching to vapes. Not quite as much fun but better for your lungs and does not put out a telltale spell.
  • EB will be gone for a good while and when/if they come back we will definitely tighten up the quality control, proper descriptions, photos of the actual bud and I will mention the mylar bags.

  • Payment confirmations are automated and not dependent on the shipper. You should definitely received one. By far the commonest problem is having them go to spam so be sure to check there and mark "not spam" or otherwise whitelist us for future email…
