  • @Rubygirl816 with very rare exceptions (due to mixups) orders don't take a week or more to go out. The informed delivery is just not working.
  • I can say that shippers are supposed to describe actually bud quality, but don't always cause they're too busy busting out the days orders. I will pass that request along again though.

  • I think they ran out and then re-upped the stock and your order likely came through in the interim.
  • It's technically against the rules because shippers don't like to do it (they don't even really like us listing 1/8ths!), but if you ask in comment they may just do it for you, but no guarantees.
  • The inventory system is the same..it's not perfect but generally does pretty good. I have also noticed an uptick in subs. I'll ask the shippers to clarify their stock more regularly.
