Hi @LoudnCo, I reporting a product shipping error on the 12th and I received a same day email from medboy that he would contact the shipper to look into. Any idea the typical turnaround time for an update? Was hoping to get this resolved soon.

Had an order go M.I.A. on 10/27 got confirmation from med boy today that the shipper had declared the order lost and are shipping replacement immediately. Always Delivered to me. Thanks
