Comments

  • Supposed to had few things by yesterday but hasn't updated in days besides saying in transit arriving late

  • I submitted a Lost Package report from the one I ordered on Nov 25th. This morning it updated as being delivered today, so we will see. The other two I'm waiting on still say they are on track for delivery today and tomorrow. But, I'm not holding my breath...

  • Between the Christmas season and the pandemic....lots of packages moving by mail right now...System seems clogged up.

  • So glad I only plan to order one item this December. Shipping seems like a nightmare for now.

  • @Vapedad78 were in same boat basically

  • @Zackarrry yeah looking at reddit seems lot of the country running into similar issues

  • @Vapedad78 lammeee I guess I'll order again when Christmas sale pops up

Posted this in another sub, I got a buddy that works for the post office at a distribution center and he said in his 36 years of being there he’s never seen it this backed up. Between Black Friday and holiday shopping and 60,000 employees out with Covid, he said expect every package to be at least a week late. Apparently they have 18 wheelers full of packages outside these distribution centers just waiting to be scanned but they just don’t have the manpower to handle the volume. So unfortunately we all just have to be very patient. Damn my stupid backwards state.

  • @Zackarrry its happening to everyone all over the country. I’ve even seen several local news stories about it.

  • @Theboyua yea thanks for the info think I seen that post, doesn't surprise me but can't help it messing with my anxiety, definitely feel ya on the backwards assness lol

  • USPS volume up 40% compare to this time last year. Things are going to get hosed up.

  • @Vapedad78 I love everything about the south except for the freaking Bible thumpers. The same ones that drink a 12 pack every Saturday, yet at the same time while sipping their beer can tell me marijuana is bad. The hypocrisy kills me.

@Theboyua maaaan you ain't lying🤦‍♂️ and cheek full of dip or a cig hanging out but the poisonous taxable nicotine and booze totally fine just keep that gambling and devil lettuce away from me 🤣 we didn't want a prosperous state anyways 🙄🤣

  • @Vapedad78 you in Alabama? Sounds just like our syate

  • No but visit on occasion

  • edited December 2020

@Vapedad78 i hate you even have to visit this place. I mean its okay down here bit the cops are assailed and will not stop until they clean up their world as they would say. A bunch of idiots. Imagine super troopers with an IQ of 24 and with downs. And than you'll see a an Alabama police who protects and serves... what a joke I tell you

  • @zackarry. Tread lightly there bud. If you don’t like Alabama then get the hell out of the state.

  • But I tell ya that’s about the norm for the dems there in Alabama

  • @samdabs well if I didn't have a daughter and an amazing job I would be out of here but my daughter loves it here and I'm not gonna rip her away from her lifelong friends over me wanting to smoke cannabis. But sometimes its so tempting hahahaha

  • I understand that. Please don’t take my comment as a bash or anything. I lived in Alabama and you can’t speak of the magic meds that we use without somebody saying we are the trouble, the one causing problems. Those demons in Alabama are so far off the res it’s not even funny

  • Got some fam peppered through bama and vacay @ gulf shores time to time, gotta love bible thumping, ones playing lotto and drinking Bush scared to death to bring casino or medical herbs in to fund a solution 🤦‍♂️

  • Don’t get me wrong, I love Alabama I was born and lived there till my 20s, but the southeast could be more enlightened with this magical plant. Or at least the ones with the pen to make the changes. I too often run into people that are so far against it that they won’t see it any other way. Hopefully one day soon it will be a issue of the past.

I love Alabama. The people are genuine. We all get along contrary to outsiders messed up viewpoints. But as with any state, it’s not perfect. Change just comes too damn slow. But as the older population is dying out, I’ve noticed some changes. It won’t be long before the state will no longer be able to afford to not legalize. You just gotta be patient down here, that’s what I’ve learned. But people leave you the hell alone for the most part which I like. Is it perfect? Of course not. But if I didn’t like it and I was just gonna sit around and bitch about it, I would move somewhere else.

  • Your neighboring state of MS passed med mj.......and put the program in the hands of medical people NOT POLITICIANS.

@Good2Go yes, Somehow even Mississippi is much more progressive than my beloved state. Luckily it’s a very short drive from my area because I have a feeling they will be legalizing for recreation use sooner than people think. Also I like to gamble. Biloxi is a nice spot sometimes.
