I would assume the box and hardware they use is purchased in bulk from China. As far as the contents in those carts you would need to check with Merlin about that.
@friendsofbillw they are alright TBH the refills are just as good if not better than any vapes here lately. Honestly ive been using my dab pen and just loading it cheaper and alooottt bettter
