As a person who just tried it, be careful lol. Nearly tipped into that uncomfortable k hole zone. I'd start small, like incredibly small amounts. There are other posts where people say the mg dosage. Probably the best way to go, if I ever would use it again, would be to make a nasal spray. God speed and hope this helps
Some people enjoy the "k hole" and some people like to take smaller doses. If you are going to do more than a few bumps (think a tiny little coke spoon) and going for the k hole you definitely want to weight it. Your own weight is a big factor. Ketamine can cause serious damage to your bladder if too much is taken over time.
@medman yeah for sure I bought a mg scale and made sure to tare before. I started with 5mg (I know I’m a pussy) then gradually went up to 10mg,20mg etc.. now I’m at about 30mg-60mg. It’s been soo fucking helpful with my depression and also it’s helped me cut back on other substances. Yeah I read tolerance builds up fast too. Would you recommend anything that I could take on a daily basis that would help anxiety, pain etc ? Something with a similar feeling?
@annnamariea maybe Kratom? Again you have to be careful as addiction is real! Also don't underestimate the power of having a good diet and exercising every day!
