I went with Royal Kush and Galactic Jack.
Hard to believe three decades went by...and now I'm trying to recapture my youth with Skunk parentage.
As I recall, back in Indiana at the time, there was either "Panama Red" (which most of the time was actually "Mexican Brick") or, if we were lucky, "Skunk." At the time, we didn't know anything about the genetics, but the scent and bud structure of the skunk weed was unmistakable and many shoulder lengths above anything else we could get our hands on at the time. Quarters that looked like eighths...and we were happy to get them, on occasion, when the spirit of the teenage stoner smiled upon us...
Simpler times, but not necessarily better...or even simpler now that I think about it...
