Should I be worried?
Hey community! I placed an order last Wednesday and it has been stuck in San Jose since the 6 it said originally it was coming yesterday (the 9th) and now it just says delivery date unknown and the page still hasn’t been updated since the 6th. I ordered from Happy Trees, is this normal for it to get stuck and not update for days at a time? I usually don’t have this experience with informed delivery.

Yep, I’d say we’re in the thick of holiday shipping. Ordered from HT on Cyber Monday…no idea where my package is with no updates to ID.
If it makes you feel any better, I have one from Merlin’s I’m waiting on that was ordered last Monday and it shows it’s left San Jose but nothing else. Supposed to be delivered today but it will likely delay. It’s should be here this week though.
I agree @Jaybird922 , same here ordered from them on the sale. ID still says in transit, I believe last year it took a while to show up, it's worth the wait.
If y'all want you're welcome to email me and I can dig up tracking numbers for you. In general though I would say it's good to be extra patient with holiday shipping times.
I had one of those arrived San Jose and then no movement. Today, it showed up in Washington D.C. Should have been headed for the Gulf coast from San Jose.
Yea it seems a lot of us have the tracking showing arrived in San Jose around the 6th but no movement after that. It’s very likely just volume that is slowing it down. Glad yours finally changed @Good2Go!

If mine doesn’t show up on Friday, that should be the 10 day mark to contact @medboy for a lost package. But I’m hoping and praying a miracle happens!
My cyber Monday package has had quite the journey. After the west coast it went to two random cities that are actually further distance. Today it finally arrived in my city. It was scanned in, scanned out, and scanned in again 30 min later. Maybe it will deliver tomorrow maybe it will go to another rando city. Either way, lmao usps.

Mine finally delivered today also. Surprisingly the box was in good shape. I assumed it would be beat up from that adventure through the usps system.
Still have my fingers crossed. No update on tracking since dec 6th. But I am trying to stay positive! Cmon Santa Dabs!!! 🤞

@jimmyrows06 ours must be in the same boat so to speak. Same exact thing for me except mine arrived in San Jose on 12/6 with no scans after that. Same for me, officially longest wait for medman.

@jimmyrows06 im trying my damndest to keep my hopes up. Does anyone know how Medman denotes an undelivered package and trigger a reship? Medboy told me 3 weeks but I’m wondering how those days are counted. If it does end up being lost, I probably wont see a reship till January sometime.

@jimmyrows06 mine just updated last night in DC! 11 days without a single scan is actually wild lol it has made it to my state as of now and should probably deliver tomorrow. Thank the Medicineman gods!
