home address issues--will a p.o. box help?

Hi, been a very happy customer for almost 6yrs. I'm having issues with mail delivery. One package was returned to sender and I was told nothing could be done about future issues with this address....which sucks, but i understand. I ordered 12/31 so maybe it's just delayed. No informed delivery available here.
Has anyone ever switched to a p.o. box and had better receiving results? Thank you in advance♡ xo

    I have always used a PO Box and never had a problem. Make sure you send a message to medboy so you get your package tracked and resent if needed.

    Hey there @pookienug , yes I would highly recommend getting a PO box! Usually once people get PO boxes there are no more delivery issues :)

    Would you be able to refund or reship once po is secured. I'm so poor, being out any $ rn is really not ideal. Again, i appreciate y'all and I understand if nothing can be done.

    And again, hope it's just delayed and shows up this week. I know there was a holiday break♡
