New Site is Up!

OK! We have officially launched the new site! Hope you like it.
If you have any questions or comments feel free to write to us.

Note that one change that we have made is now there is free shipping only for order over $100 (sorry but shipping has gotten really expensive!)

    my main complaint is that you have to go searching for the price of everything, as compared to the old site where it was listed right next to the description

    oh yeah, lol. my other complaint is that you now have Loud and Merlin interwined together. Can get confusing. I think that's about it. :wink:

    The new site is terrible I hate it.

    I could just look at the order form and scan it in 5-10 seconds and see if anything new was added to the entire site, now I have to go through page after page after page to do that.

    Huge downgrade.

    I don’t understand why all these places feel like they need to upscale their website to something new that doesn’t function nearly as well as what they had, they give up functionality for a shiny new veneer that has a bunch of unnecessary fluff that just makes their site a chore to navigate and increases the load times and the time it takes for a customer to go through the inventory.

    I liked this site because I have a map in my head of literally all your products from reading the order form. I could just click on the order form and immediately see everything that had been added or taken off.

    Please put back the order form area for people to be able to scan through the items quickly instead of going through a bunch of pages.

    For the last 4 months I have been looking for a 100% indica ultra premium option to be added to the site almost every day and nothing like that has been added.

    You should have a new tier for 100% indicas. The last time you had one I tried to buy some and it sold out so fast I couldn’t get my order filled.

    Thanks for the comments. @rockafire I think maybe we will end up listing the pricing. Loud and Merlin can be easily untwined with the search filter? @maddevil11 Most of the comments we've gotten have been very positive about the filters function and how it is easier to navigate. The scrolling on the old site was ridiculously long and it seems much easier to be able to filter for exactly what you want? I don't understand your point here. But I like the idea of putting all products on one page though in case one wanted to do a quick scan... we'll look into doing that.

  • @maddevil11 We get a lot of requests for 100% indicas and sativas. They are hard to find! Our shippers will definitely scoop them up whey they see them because they know they sell good.

  • I used the new site, and I like it. The filters make it much easier to find what I'm looking for without endless scrolling. I like that I can put something in my cart, leave the site, and when I return my order is still in the cart. I know some folks do not like change, but I'm sure they will get used to it like they did with the old menu.

    Love the new site my only complaint is I miss the order form page. That's how I did my shopping I would scan the order form page and if something caught my eye or was new then I would go to that page and look at the pic and description of said item. Other then that thanks a bunch for the upgrade 🙂 @medboy @medman

  • Long time customer, new to the forum. I like the new website actually! Easier to sort and easier to shop on mobile. But where are the edibles? Hopefully just a short blip before everything is posted :) Thank you for many years of service.

  • To me the home page looks less trustworthy than the old site. I think it's the AI looking banner and AI looking pile of buds with blurry text next to them (below the banner). Actually made me second guess if I wanted to place my order, and I have been around for a while. Had to check here to make sure the site wasn't hijacked by hackers or something.

    The website organization and ordering is way better though.

  • @part_time_liver. Yes the site is .is. we were using the .ch site for testing. @mayorblurple The edibles are up? Are you not seeing them? @00712in Thanks for the feedback. We're taking it all in and will make adjustments if we get enough one way or the other. I feel like the lack of trustworthiness of the new look may be a reflection of the sudden shift rather than the actual look. But I don't know maybe not, it's something to think about. We've gotten predominantly good feedback so far, but remain open minded. Not seeing the blurry text? Desktop or Mobile?

  • @medman. Yes change does take some getting used too. If I was a new customer and just came across the site the AI look would cause me to look somewhere else. Why? My opinion if AI is used either the people do not care about quality and will reflect in their product or AI was used to quickly make a site to scam people. Again just my opinion. The blurry text is the "Discover Premium Cannabis Delivered Discretely to You Door!", looks to be part of the picture. I notice it on desktop or mobile, just does not look as crisp as the rest of the text on the page. If you happen to view the page zoomed in on a desktop it is really noticeable. Very minor issue but could probably be fixed easy.

    But I know medicine man always delivers quality product, and has been doing so for years. Thanks for the service!
