I have a couple kannastör grinders that are pretty good. The grinding/cutting mechanism looks pretty interesting on the lifts.

I bought a vape sirynge kit with a plastic piece with a metal tube, it looks like a needle but isn't. I just hold the sirynge in my hand until it's warm enough to squeeze out of the needle tip. Here's a pic of the end piece. It really helps out.
