How do we know the thc content of each strain when most aren't listed in product detail?
We don't. We don't have testing for our products, except sometimes for RSO.

Wikileaf shows average THC content for strains. Im sure its not very accurate and they dont have every strain but it been good so far to gage potency
Not in my opinion. That data is pretty much useless because the THC content will depend much more on growing conditions than on the strain.
