@medboy What do you do when someone requests “no substitutes” and you don’t have the strain they ordered?
think I heard they issue a discount code for the order amount that you can use toward a future order.
That is what has happened to me. I now put sub only with indica dom flower or sativa dom flower so it does get shipped and I do not have to wait and I get flower that's the type I need
