I feel ya same boat order from the 2nd don’t know at all, I did place another one with loud yesterday so hopefully something in the next few days I’m starting to struggle
Wanted to let you all know we are not on vacation. We have shipped your packages. I am not sure why you aren't seeing the labels on ID but I hope me jumping on here gives you some reassurance.

Ordered from Loud 12/3 and 12/4. No labels yet. Everybody seems to be behind at every step along the way.
