I use Coinbase. You buy the exact amount they tell you to. I always add a couple of dollars just in case, plus it can slowly (very slowly) add up. Anyway, once it's bought there is a send symbol in the top right corner of the screen and click on it and that's how you'll send it. The MM website has a whole page dedicated to how to send them! Hope this helps.
