Questions about missing product from merlins

I received part of my order today, it showed two packages which is what it should be. But I received one package that had product in it and the other one was completely empty and it looked to be that the empty package was destroyed and taped back up. Has this happened to anyone else?

    I recently had a package delivered empty. Box was tore into and it was in a usps bag with a long winded fu on it. Contacting medboy would be my advice.

    I'm working with him now, but did they make it good or was you just SOL?
