I'm seeing some posts where some had broken/clogged/leaking vapes and they were replaced. How did you guys go about doing that? I had reached out about some and was pretty much told that sucked for me.

    In no case have I told anyone that "it sucks for them". I usually work things out unless the user has previous complaints and I think they are just trying to get free product. I have no record in my emails of any communication about broken vapes with your email. If you you have complaints please write and I'll do my best to take care of you!

  • Sorry, it wasn't my intention to imply that was a direct quote. I had asked 2 questions in the email I sent, and the first one was answered, so it's more likely that you guys were just busy and didn't see the 2nd. Will do. Thanks
