Payment Confirmation Emails

We are finding that many customers are not getting our payment confirmation emails. It is actually not necessary for you to receive these. On the payment confirmation page is a link to your payment wallet on the blockchain. It looks like this: https://www.blockchain.com/explorer/addresses/btc/1zoUQFVePBovNDNoKvnKbx7fGFS2Zi3Ey

After you pay, if you click this link you can see your payment. If that is there and the amount is correct you are set!

    I received a request for another payment. Sent you a copy of blockchain and email. Also did a contact form. Sorry to bother y’all so much! Thanks.

    @maryjane yes that is a glitch that is happening where multiple orders are created. You can ignore secondary email requests. We're working on a new system that will eliminate some of the bugs like this.

    You do not need to get a confirmation email. We are sending but they are often blocked. On the payment page there is a link to your transaction on the blockchain. If you click that you can confirm if your payment is made. If it is on there you are set!

    Just went through this on Saturday but my order should come in today! I've always gotten my order and never really had any issues but it's still makes me anxious
