For me there hasn't been a standard because one day it'll be standard light and then the next day with same measurements it'll have me feeling like mr Mackey...so I'm pretty sure it depends on your mindset of the day; but I just made some nasal spray and it has thankfully been consistent
@its420wannatoke Yeah it also depends on how well your nose is able to absorb it at any given time, tolerance also builds surprisingly quickly.
@Spicoli I would recommend starting with a very small amount, key bumps-- maybe like 10/20mg. After you do a bump wait 20/30 minutes and then do more bumps as desired.
