Ketamine usage

I have never used ketamine. I want to change that. Here is my problem: I cannot snort/snoot it. From years of bad allergies and years of cocaine, my sinuses are trash.

How do I take it orally? Do I just eat the powder or do I turn it into a tincture or something? What kind of dosage should I take if I want to just have a good time and how much should I take to venture off into a khole?

    I'd recommend boofing it over taking it orally, ketamine has very low bioavailability when taken orally. You can also IM it but yeah... Generally it's recommended to snort it.
