When ordering an add-on item, does the full price item need to be from the same category?

For instance, if I want to order the 1g vape cart add-on from Merlin, would I need to order one of their regular vape options? Or can I order a full price concentrate or bud option and still get the vape add-on? Additionally, would a discounted or sale item count as the full price item? Merlin's mystery jar concentrate, for example.

    Any category should be fine as long as it's from the same shipper -- mystery jar concentrate should be fine as well. Maybe @MerlinsMagic can chime in but I don't see a problem with it!
