Not to be annoying but just wondering if I did something wrong. I submitted some questions under contact on Wednesday, and haven’t had a response. I’m not complaining but just wondering what the average response time is?

@DudleyDiccle No worries, we know you’re not complaining. Their email systems are a bit touchy and have a tendency to go out, and stop working. But, if you haven’t already, I recommend checking your spam folder as a precaution. Otherwise, @medboy will get on it soon. If it’s anything of a general question, unrelated to yourself & an order, feel free to ask here we are all here to help!
