Excellent support from the MedMan service team.
I just wanted to take a moment and pass some good vibes around to the customer service team at MedMan. For some crazy reason, our USPS office thought that we had moved recently, and so our most recent order was returned to sender. I reached out to the MedMan crew, and they were patient and understanding while I tried to get to the bottom of what happened with my order. Much longer story short, they were able to turn a pretty frustrating experience (with USPS, not MedMan) into a good one, and were willing to work with me on resending the order to another address. Just wanted to say thanks, and that there are some great people doing great work here. Thanks again!

I also want to jump in and say Thank you to Medboy and the whole crew @ HappyTrees and Loud And Merlin for fixing a issue I had during the 4/20 sale. They did more than make it right. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything I ordered I received and if it was gone that I got a better substitute.
