How to Get Your Orders a Little Bit Faster

Our order process goes like this: At about 9:30am PST (except Saturday) I gather all the orders together and create the shipping sheets for the day. These are then sent to the shippers and usually the orders will go out in the mail either that day or the day after. So if you are getting your order in before this cut off time it will often go out on the same day. If you put it in at 9:40am there will be at least an extra day wait because it won't go out till the next days sheets. This is even more if you order on Fridays as there is no Saturday sheet and there is no mail on Sundays (though it may be dropped in box on Sundays). Hope that helps you to time your orders for faster delivery!

    To clarify this is 9:30am PST so 12:30pm on the east coast or just adjust to your time.

  • This isn’t true why haven’t I received anything on txt or email in 5 business days not even a label has been created via usps informed delivery? It’s not usps either I received other mail quite fast .

  • Medboy- informed delivery can often be wrong? Does that mean it’s ok that I got your payment confirmation email July 12th and there is nothing from informed delivery coming from the west coast?

  • Ordered on 8/11 from HT and Merlin got my Merlin order on 8/18 have a pre shipment label from HT for 8/13 and now another pre shipment for 8/19 for same order. Leaving for vacation Friday it will never be here 🙁

  • Weird how informed delivery doesn't work sometimes. Ordered from Merlin on the 10th. No tracking # or anything in my ID. Delivered on the 18th.

  • Oh, it's working, showing the label made. It just hasn't been taken to the post office. Even though according to this post it should have been sent out Mon-Tues of last week. :/ Definitely not ordering from HT again.

    A lot of my customers have been having issues with shipping times. I've made a complete overhaul of my staff because the delivery times where frankly unacceptable for the business I'm trying to run. I've personally made sure that everyone's orders are in the postal system and out for delivery. I'm honestly very disappointed and frustrated with my ex-staff and will personally make sure that this is an issue that will not happen again, even if I have to drive directly to everyone's houses and deliver the orders personally (hopefully not haha) I'm going to make sure if someone orders from me they get it on time.
