  • I'm having trouble with the new site. I sent the funds via Bitcoin, however the wallet didn't get them before the expiration date. The site stated to make a new order, however what happens to the Bitcoin I already sent? Did I just lose the money 😬

  • Don't worry you're fine if that happens. If it is late and there is too much bitcoin price fluctuation we will contact you, otherwise you're set. We need to make that clearer on the site.

    Big fan of the syringe refills. But after my last order, I mentioned to you guys that the 'thicker' syringes bend & leak once subjected to the vacuum seal. Well, just got my 24 syringes from the 4/20 order and sure enough, they all leaked, some just a drop, but up to a full .5 gram on one of em.
    Guys, I'm only frustrated because this exact same thing happened on the last order with these 'thicker' syringes, though not quite as severly. So when the same thing happens again only worse, right after it was bought to your attention...well, here we are. You guys are great and ik you'll figure it out, but today was a disappointing one.

  • I Just had more thoughts and ideas about everything above:
    When I opened the last order, the caps of one of the syringes was completely off & several others were loose, if not on the brink of falling off.

    What I think is happening:
    As the vacuum seal tightens towards the very end and starts to grip the syringes, the plastic from the vacuum seal bag is gripping the caps of syringes, loosening them, even thru the wrapped paper towels.

    Initial suggestion:
    There must be a way to get the caps more securely on, whether with some sort of tape or something else similar. Look MM, I'm all for the 'larger' syringes especially when it comes to filling or even heating them....I'm just trying to help figure out this leakage issue in packing/transit.

  • New site is super slick! When placing my 420 order the live action payment confirmation was such a pleasant surprise. And the new Shopping Cart experience is much more practical than the old order form.

    I'll admit I was an order form user of the previous site. I adapted to shopping this way to browse inventory because it was easier than scrolling through each category. Then it became my go to for everything on one page as others have stated. Especially on mobile which is my primary viewing source.

    However, the new filter within each category is what was missing in the old site. After using the new site a few times I notice it becoming easier and more comfortable each time. One way I typically search strains and vapes is by "sativa" or "indica". I did this on the old site and now the new site using the browser search (ctrl+F). It works just fine... then and now.

    I could see adding "category" to the filter thus resulting in a full product list. It would then be filter by shipper/category/subcategory. With the new changes I'm not sure we actually need to see that full product list anymore. I've found myself adapting just fine and it seems like it could be a good bit of unneeded development work.

    A side bar filter may be easier to use than having the filter at the top. Either way we would have to scroll back up to or toward the top to make any filter changes. So again, probably just fine as is.

  • I have been using this site since the COVID pandemic. I don’t believe in fixing something that was not broken. I also don’t understand how you can charge us an extra $10 for postage if we don’t spend $100, when we had free shipping before. In these times of great economic disparity how can you do this? You have no inventory. Did you change management? I am sorry to say I have a site that doesn’t charge shipping and will utilize them in the future. You messed up a good thing.

    @Maryjane2020. Shipping is expensive. The amount that we make for under $100 purchases becomes not worth it for us if we don't charge for shipping. It is just not financially viable. We're not trying to screw people over to make an extra buck...Many sites do this. We want to be fair and also we're not running this site for charity. I'm glad you found a good alternative for yourself.

    @MaryJane2020 et al, there has always been a charge for shipping. That was until February 2024. That is when free shipping began being offered by MM. The cost for shipping, in my opinion, is by far and large beyond reasonable. It was reasonable when it was charged originally and it's reasonable now. And the fact it was offered at no charge for over 2 years is quite generous. I see MM making changes when they can based on the feedback they're getting from their customers. Tweaking prices, taking inventory requests, etc. How many online retailers out there offer 100% free shipping on orders of any amount? Not many. On top of that, the website may not have been broken but it certainly needed to be updated in order for MM to scale and continue to provide the level of product and service we're accustom to.

  • Yes, much appreciated Merlin. You Rock! Appreciating ya making that right too. It's like your orders are arriving even faster & Loud N Co just gets consistently slower. I've already received all of my 4/20 orders from Merlin, again, you rock. My Loud order has had a label printed since the 22nd & it hasn't moved since! I've been a MedMan customer over a decade & I'm just relieved that 90% of my orders are from Merlin, bc if that number was flip-flopped where that % was ordered from Loud....Damn, I'd probably given up years ago.
