I know that we have to contact mm, but is there anything I need to send them? I sent a copy of the wallet address I used to pay. Anything else? I know it’s Saturday and probably won’t hear from them until Monday and it’s so not a big deal. Thanks
Honestly they find all my orders with my email used when I placed the order, but no just send them the concern and they will reply typically I’m 24-48 business hours or sooner sometimes.

Try putting urgent on the email.... they replied to me within 30min every time I send off a email
@Batman4rmHouston that was just luck. I'm the one who answers 100% of our emails and I always ignore any messages of "urgent" or whatever. It's always in a particular order and you just got lucky with that order.
