  • @Frogger Hey there, you should only be charged the $10 shipping fee if the order is less than $100. If your order is more than $100 it should take that fee off for you. I just tested it out and it looks like it's working, is it not working for you?

  • Ok, my bad, seems the extra $10 was Coinbase fee.

  • when did this take effect? It used to be free shipping on all orders.

  • Truthfully, it was the only reason I still order from you guys. . .

  • @Rockafire I'm not sure on the exact timeline but USPS has been slowly upping their shipping prices over the last few years. If you place an order for over $100 then the shipping is free, if not then we do need to charge the shipping fee.

  • If shipping only took 2 or 3 days like other sites, I wouldn't mind paying the 10 bucks. But it takes 7-10 days from you guys. I didn't mind because it was free shipping. Now that you gonna charge 10 bucks, it will give me pause.

  • @Rockafire
To be fair the last order I made with Merlin got to me in three days. That's excellent for medicine man site 😁

  • That's gotta be a record @Noj81:) Mine take anywhere from 7 to 12 days

  • Rockafire-

Been ordering from MM +12 years, probably close to between 50-75 orders in my lifetime. They have always delivered. If something was forgotten or left out, they've aways made it right. The longest ANY package ordered EVER took was 12-14 days and that probably only happened once. The majority arrive in 4-6 days from Merlin & 7-9 days from Loud & I live on the other side of the Country, in FL (2,500 miles away) Loud is a slower shipper, so idk if all of your orders are from Loud N Co.

I also worked for USPS for 20 years as a rural mail carrier, so I know all the ins and outs on that side of the operation. There are definitely factors that have nothing to do w/MM that 'could' consistently delay your orders. Where you live, how rural it is, do you have a 'regular' carrier or are subs constantly delivering your route, are you on the city side or rural side OR do you live on an auxiliary route...? Do you have an address that may be difficult for any 'new' not regular carrier to find, whether it's the name, number, city or even the zip or even a hard to locate house...these can all lead to something called "looped" mail. As a former employee for so long, I can also tell you that 'Informed Delivery' will only piss you off, because of its inaccuracies & the fact it was designed more for letters and NOT tracking packages. I'm not asking you to volunteer any of that above info, I'm just trying to go down the list of things that could possibly lead to 'consistently late' priority deliveries. There are even more things that can play a roll that I haven't even mentioned, but you usually gotta start with eliminating some of the more obvious ones. Happy to help more if I'm able to.

(I also completely understand the min $100 purchase for free shipping. In all honesty, I have No idea how MM offered free shipping as long as they did & $100 is a relatively reasonable price point in order to receive it, just my opinion)

Thx forum readers & appreciate ya MM-
