All price increases/decreases will ALWAYS be posted on the forum before they go into effect. This was not manually done. It has been fixed however it may take a few-24 hours for the price fix to go live on the site.

If your package is on pre-shipment for a week, it is likely the UPS not picking up packages as often. I do know a hub one of the shippers used went from pickups twice/week to now once/week.

You'd have to ask the USPS to check the status with the tracking number. Likely not actually processed by them yet.
